My training...

1989-2001: While living in India, I meet my spiritual guide guide (Tantrism); I receive training in tantric disciplines and in various types of massages an manual techniques, i.e.:
• training of ayurvedic massage
• tantric massage
• shiatsu
• cranio-sacral therapy
• other manual healing techniques, some affecting one's subtil energy
• traditional thai massage (Wat Po)

Since 2001: I have been working as a massage therapist in Paris

2003-2006 : I take training in acupuncture and Chinese massage at the I.E.A.T.C (Institut européen d'acupuncture traditionelle chinoise - European Institute for Traditional Chinese Acupuncture)

2001-2005 : I meet various chamans and explore additional forms of alternative medical approaches

2003-2008 : I become involved in Cashmiri yoga as taught by Eric Baret.

Cashmiri yoga is a form of sensory information, a voyage towards one’s innermost being. It is completely unrelated to the yoga of gymnastics, yoga and achievement one usually encounters. Practicioners of this art distinguish emotional sensations by evoking experiences of taste, smell, sound, touch and vision. As one listens to one body, one’s breathing and one’s emotions, tension drains away, and one becomes aware of one’s defense mechanisms, which in terms will lose their rigidly defensive characteristics.
