My approach...
My massage is the result of my training and experience of 12 years of experience in India and my experience as a massage therapist with numerous patients of the past 10 years in Paris.
It combines various methods and is strongly influenced by Chinese traditional medecine and tantrism, which I have been practicing for twenty years.![]()
In tantric massage, there is no “goal”. One does try to stimulate or activate this or that energy center or to obtain anything. One listens. One is open. One is emotionally and sensually aware. One’s connection with one zone and the other’s body create the connection to something greater, all inclusive, which allows one to be carried along.
In a mute dialogue, the massaging hands are guided by the body they are in contact with and there is a form of union. Union of breathing, union of the subtle bodies, union with what is beyond us. There is no independent action, only movement. This art is practiced for the love of the game, as exploration in a non-intentional listening process. The resulting vibration is sufficient unto itself- the motivatin is love.
Abhyanga is a form of holistic massage, based on the unity of one’s being and letting go. Soft or vigourous, with or without stretches, it is performed with tepid oil. It focuses on the various vital points (marmas) which connect the subtil energy channels (acupuncture meridians) and on the charkas (energy centers) as well as on muscles, tendons, and joints. Regular massage can result is: improved circulation, muscular stimulation, a more balanced nervous system, dissolution of tension and blocages, reestablish energy flow, stimulation of the organs and various internal bodily systems, detoxification of the body.

Cranio-sacral therapy is a technique that allows the therapist to tune into the “breathing” of the bodily tissues, the cranium, and the sacrum, and thus, to harmonize the flow of bodily and other biological exchanges.
Shiatsu, and traditional thai and Chinese massage are methods either of acupressure or combinations of pressure, stretching and massage. They attempt to reestablish and harmonize energy circulation by stimulation vital points along the acupunture meridians.
